This hotel in Koh Samui is a great value for money option. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with TV and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, being just a short walk away from the beach and close to the center of Chaweng. The beds are comfy and covered with well-presented bed linen. Plus, having AC in the rooms is a relief in the hot weather. Breakfast is included, providing a convenient start to the day.

No negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the convenient location, as it was centrally located and allowed easy access to the main attractions of the island. there were two complimentary services offered that added value to our stay: free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a delicious breakfast included in the room rate. Lastly, I particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests.

There were a few aspects of our stay that I did not appreciate. the rooms were not well-maintained, with some issues such as malfunctioning toilets and low water pressure in the showers.

Just had another great stay at Z hotel. Rooms been refurbished since I last stayed. Super fast WiFi in room and throughout hotel is a great improvement since my last visit. I really like this part of Chaweng. Right near an excellent part of the beach and great places to eat. Will defiantly be returning. The best value for money in Chaweng for sure

Unbeatable location within walking distance of everything, AMICABLE staff, everything was good. Location: the hotel was near to the main nightlife in Koh Samui. It was really close to Restaurant la Fortune, where you can have lunch.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our needs were met. The location was perfect as it was right on the beach and in the center of all the action in Chaweng. The rooms had comfy beds with well presented bed linen, and the AC kept us cool during the hot days. It was a bonus that breakfast was included, giving us a good start to our day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could have been improved.

We traveled all over Thailand and this was the best value for money so far on our trip. WiFi was awesome, rooms were really nice with paintings on the wall and very comfortable. Can't fault the place really for the price. Staff were great and they let us check in 3 hours early which was a nice touch!

Breakfast not included in price but they do have a nice coffee shop downstairs which serves breakfast till late.

The location is great, situated near one of the best beaches, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and markets. The hotel is in a lively area, but it's still quiet and restful. You can enjoy the beach, which is just across the road, or relax in the pool with your friends.

The maintenance of the hotel needs improvement, with old doors that slam at night and a poor bathroom that floods during the shower.

Big, clean, comfortable room right near the beach. Lovely little coffee shop downstairs. Staff were helpful and booked our speedboat to Ko Pangan for full moon. A lot nicer than other budget places we have stayed on this trip.

No lift but not that many stairs so was ok.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Chaweng, had much fun. Everyone working at this perfect hotel was helpful. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Night Market was incredible and stunning. Area around had a good choice of choice for meals and drinks, a restaurant and bars.
